Approval gate
A human-in-the-loop check on an agent action. Four levels: GREEN (autonomous), YELLOW (single reviewer), RED (dual approval + cooling), BLACK (executive + legal sign-off).
Audit trail
An immutable log of every agent action, approval decision, and gate event. Exportable to SIEM on Team and Enterprise plans.
Autonomy threshold
A per-agent, per-workspace setting that limits how long an agent can act without re-entering the gate system. Expires after a configurable time window.
Budget cap
A hard dollar limit per agent, team, or workload. When hit, the agent stops. Prevents runaway costs.
Capability
A fine-grained skill a listing delivers. Part of the taxonomy hierarchy: Value Stream → Capability → Listing.
Digital Employee
A pre-configured, domain-specialized AI worker with its own usage allowance, skills, and system prompts. Hired in-app from the Digital Office workspace. Distinct from a Digital Professional.
Digital Office
The flagship Solution. A managed control center for operating your digital workforce: org structure, runtimes, skills, governance, and analytics.
Digital Professional
A curated, external expert (human + AI-hybrid) available through the Digitlify marketplace for fixed-scope work such as brand design, copywriting, or video editing. Fractional Sales, Marketing, HR, and Ops professionals are on the roadmap.
Digitlify
The digital twin of your organization. Digital Office for teams, OmniSupport Agent Platform for customer support (launching this quarter), and a curated marketplace of AI employees and Digital Professionals.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Published caps on every plan (API calls per day, concurrent tasks, storage, autonomous runtime, outbound messaging, scheduled-job frequency). Every plan has an exact cap instead of a vague no-limit promise. See /legal/fair-usage for the full table.
Governance gates
The four-color human-in-the-loop approval system (GREEN / YELLOW / RED / BLACK) that classifies every agent action by risk. See /governance for the full model.
HITL
Human-in-the-loop. The design principle that every high-risk agent action requires human approval before execution.
LLM gateway
Digitlify's internal model-routing layer. Routes requests to the optimal provider, issues virtual API keys per tenant, and handles prompt caching and rate limiting. Buyers interact with agents, not with the gateway directly.
OmniSupport Agent Platform
Digitlify's customer support product — a managed, multilingual, multimodal platform (text, voice, image), not a chatbot. A Supervisor agent dispatches to domain specialists for Billing, Orders, Technical, Account, and General enquiries. Launching this quarter — join the waitlist.
Operated
Digitlify hosts, patches, monitors, and governs every workload on the platform. Buyers never deploy infrastructure. This is the primary differentiator vs. open-source agent frameworks.
Packaging template
How a Workforce listing is priced and consumed. Four templates: per-job (one-off), retainer (monthly + usage), session (day-rate), subscription (always-on).
Plan Builder
The operator service that owns plan definition, versioning, and publishing. Public pages render plan names and prices directly from the platform catalog.
Runtime
The compute environment where an agent executes. Shared (Starter), dedicated (Pro/Max), or on-prem (Enterprise). Runtime adapters are available for REST, gateway, and research-style workloads.
Solution
A full, sellable product on Digitlify. Digital Office is the flagship Solution. OmniSupport Agent Platform launches this quarter.
Taxonomy Manager
A future platform service that will own categories, tags, facets, and value streams. Currently, taxonomy data lives in src/data/valueStreams.ts and src/data/categories.ts.
Usage
How AI work is metered on Digitlify — like electricity. Bigger models and heavier tasks consume more; light tasks consume less. Live usage bars and exact meters live in your billing console.
Value stream
One of six categories that mirror how a business runs: Acquire, Serve, Operate, Innovate, Finance, Talent. Every listing is tagged with one or more value streams.
Wallet top-up
An on-demand usage purchase added to your wallet. Included plan usage resets monthly; purchased top-ups never expire and work across all your apps and agents.
Workforce
Digital Employees (bundled in Digital Office) and Digital Professionals (curated external experts on the Workforce marketplace). Each hire runs on the platform with governance, metering, and audit trails.
