What you enter in our contact form: name, email address, company, topic and your message, together with the page and campaign that brought you to the form. It is stored on our server in Germany, and a copy is emailed to our team through our email provider in the United States. We use it only to answer you.
IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs with our AI models.

Our platform systematically logs the following parameters for the purpose of service optimization:
- Session duration and feature engagement metrics
- Model inference history (excluding proprietary data)
