Is there a platform fee or marketplace subscription?
No platform fee. You subscribe only to what you hire or install — one wallet and one invoice underneath.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Every product: full Starter-level access, no credit card. At day 7 the trial winds down automatically — upgrade anytime during the trial to keep everything. Engaged trials can request an extension.
How is usage measured?
Like electricity: everything runs on metered usage. Bigger models and heavier tasks consume more; light tasks consume less. Included usage resets monthly, with fair-use limits; you see live usage bars in your dashboard. Details live in your billing console after purchase.
What happens when included usage runs out?
Personal plans pause safely — nothing runs up a surprise bill; add usage from your wallet or upgrade. Team and Enterprise plans continue with metered usage. Agents also carry budget caps and approval gates, so autonomous work stays inside limits you set.
What’s the difference between staffed roles and premium professionals?
Roles from the 232-role library run inside your Digital Office on your plan’s usage. Premium professionals are specialist hires with their own subscription, their own usage allowance (your DO allowance is untouched), premium models, deeper skills — and they work standalone too. They never consume your DO employee slots.
What if I need more digital employees than my plan includes?
Three doors: upgrade the tier, add an extra employee slot from the console, or hire a premium professional (uses no slot).
Can plans change under me?
No. If we ever change a plan’s terms or pricing, existing subscribers keep their current terms until their next billing date, and edge cases get manual review. Your own upgrades/downgrades also apply from the next billing cycle.
Do credits/top-ups expire?
Included usage resets monthly per plan. Purchased wallet top-ups never expire and work across all your apps and agents.
Refunds? Tax? Payment?

Can I bring my own AI keys?
Yes (BYOK) — model usage isn’t charged when you bring your own keys; platform meters still apply. Enterprise isolation tiers include BYOK.

Every installation runs isolated in its own environment on EU infrastructure. Export is available anytime. No lock-in by design.
