- Manage digital workforce operations including governance, approvals, and monitoring.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Digitlify — including any Solution, Workforce hire, Component, skill, connector, or channel — to do or facilitate any of the following. This list is not exhaustive; we may terminate any account we determine is operating in bad faith or in violation of applicable law.
Illegality and harm to people
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Generate, distribute, store, request, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor. We report all such activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Generate, distribute, or deploy content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or incites violence or self-harm.
- Dox, harass, or stalk any individual, including through automated outreach, scraping of personal data, or inference of private attributes.
- Generate weapons-related content, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or cyber-weapons instructions.
Synthetic media and impersonation
- Generate, share, or operate synthetic media (deepfakes) depicting a real person's likeness, voice, or writing without that person's express, informed consent.
- Impersonate any real individual, organization, public official, or journalist without their explicit consent, including through agents that claim to be a named human when asked.
- Operate agents that misrepresent themselves as human in contexts where disclosure of AI-generated content is required by law.
Regulated advice without a license
- Offer automated legal advice, medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations, psychiatric or psychological therapy, tax filing conclusions, or regulated financial advice to end-users without the appropriate licensing, professional oversight, and jurisdictional compliance.
- Rely solely on AI-generated output to make decisions that have legal, medical, financial, or employment-related effects on individuals without qualified human review.
Platform integrity
- Gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, including introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, denial-of-service attacks, or prompt-injection attacks against other tenants.
- Generate or distribute malware, phishing kits, credential-stuffing tools, or exploits targeting third-party systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform beyond what is necessary for your authorized use.
- Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.
- Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities unrelated to your business purpose.
Spam, fraud, and deception
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, operate bulk phishing campaigns, or engage in any activity that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR consent requirements, or equivalent anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
- Generate fake reviews, astroturfing content, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or synthetic engagement designed to mislead consumers or the public.
- Facilitate election interference, coordinated political manipulation, or disinformation campaigns targeting voters, candidates, or election infrastructure.
- Operate agents that generate fraudulent identities, fake documents, or synthetic credentials for deception or financial crime.
4. AI-Specific Guidelines
When deploying AI agents through Digitlify:
- You are responsible for the actions and outputs of AI agents you deploy.
- AI agents must not be used to make automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.
- You must maintain human-in-the-loop controls for agents that interact with customers, process personal data, or execute financial transactions.
- Outputs generated by AI agents should be reviewed for accuracy before being relied upon for critical business decisions.
5. Resource Usage
You agree to use platform resources (compute, storage, API calls, bandwidth) reasonably and in accordance with your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consume resources significantly beyond their tier limits or in a manner that degrades service for other users.
6. Enforcement
Digitlify reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations of this policy, including:
- Issuing warnings for minor or first-time violations.
- Temporarily suspending access to the platform.
- Permanently terminating accounts for severe or repeated violations.
- Reporting illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
